1st Phase | Initial Contact

01. Requirement Assessment

Project inquiry, goals & visions, budget, and feasibility.

02. Proposal & Quotation

Project outline, process briefing, quotation propose & confirm.

03. Agreement & Deposit

Formalize the agreement, collect deposit and commence work.

2nd Phase | Design

04. Style Propose

Provide two or more design ideas for selection.

05. Research & Planning

Conduct further research according to inspirations, create wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes.

06. Visual & Layout Propose

Provide main visual, color palette combinations, font & layout plannings.

07. First Time Review & Revision

Provide high-fidelity design and make adjustments based on feedback, confirmation of the design.

3rd Phase | Development

08. Design implementation

Coding starts...man-day scheduling as per the project requirements.

09. Second Time Review & Revision

Present the developed front-end for revision, final adjustments if necessary.

4th Phase | Post-Development

10. Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct testings, including functional testing, usability testing, and performance testing. Bug fix.

11. Payment Settled

Invoice the client and collect the rest of payment, staging the application.

12. Delivery & Deployment

Application space & domain configurations, deploy to live environment. Ensure all things are settled then proceed to Final Phase.

13. Client Training & Documentation

Deliver comprehensive documentation covering the project's structure, codebase, and maintenance guidelines. Videos or manual training also provided as per required.

Final Phase | Case Closure

END. Project Finish

Make sure the client receives all related assets, source files, and necessary credentials. Nice doing business with YOU.🙇🏻‍♂️

Address any issues or provide minor updates as needed.
